I purchased a $100 Visa gift card from my Bank, at Christmas. Please be advised that despite the many times they tried to activate it, first it wouldn't work. Then I discovered the company (Deluxe) charged the DECLINES anyway. I got $40 out of that card. Oh and DELUXE has moved their Customer Service to INDIA! The representative couldn't speak or understand ENGLISH. When I asked for someone that spoke English. English??? Manager? She told me her manager does not handle this simple little thing, meaning refund of my $60. She was RUDE; and RUDE is the same in any language! So, if they print your checks, good luck if there is a mistake. And since Privacy is not guarantee'd once the United States is out of the picture, Good Luck and I'll pray for you!
