I am absolutely livid, and I'm here to call out Visa (and Mastercard, though Visa's the main culprit in my case) for their outrageous, heavy-handed corporate overreach that's stomping all over my constitutional rights as an American citizen, my livelihood as a commission artist, and my ability to enjoy perfectly legal entertainment as a consumer. These unelected corporate overlords have decided they get to play morality police, dictating what consenting adults can lawfully buy or sell online based on their vague, subjective, sanctimonious guidelines. This isn't just a minor inconvenience; rather, it's a direct attack on free speech, artistic expression, and consumer freedom, and it's setting a dangerous precedent that should have every American furious.

Visa has pressured platforms like Steam and Itch.io into removing or restricting adult-themed games and NSFW artwork, that is, content that is 100% legal for consenting adults to create, sell, and enjoy. To make it worse, I can't just take my business elsewhere because Visa and Mastercard have a stranglehold on the payment processing market. There's barely any competition! These two giants control the vast majority of transactions, so their word is law. If they say no NSFW content, I'm screwed, no matter how legal or ethical my work is. I'm demanding that Visa stop this overreach immediately. I bought the gift card from my local Walgreens. I needed to pay money for my child support in another state to avoid possible incarceration.

After sorting through the multitude of cards available and after reading and considering what they offered I decided that a "Visa" Vanilla gift card would be the best selection for my situation. And I believed "Visa " to be a trusted company. Well I got it and then tried to pay my bill for the Child Support ; "Visa" deemed it was unsafe and a risk to honor the payment. Subsequently, the card was frozen with no way to pay the money for the Child Support.

Now I'm in danger of being being arrested and put in jail. When I tried to contact someone via the phone; I was confronted with the runaround and transferred to someone else in the charade who would tell me that that wasn't their department or anything else to avoid any kind of resolution that could help me. Finally after 3 frustrating, infuriating and exhausting days of calling and inquiries ; I connected with someone from "Visa " who told me that they had deactivated the card because of questionable use of the funds on the card. So I've been told that they are mailing me a new card and that it can take as many as 8-10 business days to get.

In the meantime I'm screwed as I could be arrested before then as all my money is tied up in that card.

It's been an unfortunate set of circumstances that got me to this point and I accept the fact that I have an obligation to help support my children and I'm determined to never get behind with my support payments ever again. The point of my review is if you find yourself in a jam and need a way to pay money for whatever; I'm telling you that you can't afford to trust "Visa " Paul E

My card was a $50 dollar card and the activation fee was over $50 so My family member spent $100 for me and my sibling for basically nothing

I have been stolen with amount 104238 and they cloked me and stol my money i have went to the bank and told the the issue and i made compliant but hte frud trading company know then they told me if you cancel the complaint we will return your money back then i went to the bank and i cancel the complain the frud conpany also the have cheating on me and they didnt return my money back i went the bank again they refuse to rise the complaint again becuse of visa company procedure , the bank told me talk to the visa company and let then send us an email to re open the case again
