Received replacement card for one lost some time ago. Called number on activation sticker and activated card.

New card has never worked. Tried calling Capital One, none of their recorded " suggestions " covered my problem.

Called Visa, person who answered said that she couldn't handle this problem.

Put me on hold to connect me to someone else. about three minutes later, broke the connection.

Explanation is as clear as I can make it. I have a card that doesn't work! I outlined what I have tried to resolve the problem. I didn't keep a record of dates of my calls for I didn't consider it necessary.

I am not trying to get someone in trouble, I just want a card that works.
